Chatbot Creation

Once you have created a chatbot account you are ready to create your chatbot.

  1. Navigate to "Chatbots" on the side panel

  2. Click "New Chatbot" and give your chatbot a name (this is just used internally).

It is time to start feeding your chatbot the information it is trained on (aka the knowledge base).
