Website Scrape

Capture all of the information from your website in your chatbot.

When setting up your chatbot your will be asked for your website's base URL. For example: https://www.YourDomain.com. ChatRev will then fetch all of the webpages from your website. Remove any pages that you do not want included in the knowledge base.

TIP 💡: Buyers are increasingly expecting a self-serve sales experience. It is recommended that you keep 100% of your webpages in your knowledge base.
