There will undoubtably be information about your product or service that you typically share with customers that is not up on your website. However, if you want your chatbot to know it, you need to add it to your knowledge base. The free text area is often the place to do this.
What should I add to the Text field?
If you have a sales playbook, a lot of the materials you would typically want to arm a new Sales Development Representative, or Account Executive with is the exact type of information you would want to add here.
How should I format my inputs to the Text field?
It is important to have line spacing between distinct sections on information. Otherwise you are good to go.
